UK Holidaymakers Visa
To qualify for the Working Holidaymaker Visa category,
you;
:: Must be between the ages of 17 and 30 years of age.
:: Must be a Citizen of a Commonwealth Country or a British Dependent Territories
Citizen or British Overseas Citizen
:: Intend to live in UK for two years, and can work in UK for only 12 months
of the two years. Your work must be incidental to your holiday.
:: Should be able to provide an itinerary of places you wish to visit when
you are in UK.
:: You should be able to demonstrate that you can financially support your
holiday and that you will be able to pay for your onward or return ticket
from UK.
Cannot extend your Holidaymakers visa. It is granted only once, and cannot
be extended beyond the duration for which it is granted. You may be able
to convert or switch your status from a UK Working holidaymaker's visa holder
to a work permit holder or HSMP status after the expiry of the Working Holidaymakers
visa.
Working Holidaymakers visa are available to both Unmarried applicants as
well as married applicants if both the parties wish to apply for the same,
provided that both applicants must qualify for the visa. Married applicants
should not have dependent children who are aged five years or over, or who
will be five before the end of the two years as working holidaymaker.
